Post-op forehead and eyebrow lift

After forehead and eyebrow lift, the stitches are removed within a week. After surgery, bruising and swelling can occur on the forehead and/or around the eye Also, it is possible to feel numb around the operating area. These are perfectly normal. All these effects will disappear spontaneously within a week or two.

Also, our patients may complete their recovery process approximately within a week for the duration of their stay. It is suggested to take rest at least for another week.

Sports: In general, patients can continue to do aerobic exercises approximately after 3 weeks post-op. Also, be mindful to proceed with your surgeon’s approval. As, the healing process varies from patient to patient.

Sexual Intercourse: When you feel comfortable, you may continue your sexual activities. Also, patients reach their comfort level approximately after 10 days post-op.

Alcohol and Smoking: Do not consume any alcoholic beverages for 48 hours after surgery. Also, do not consume alcoholic beverages when using prescribed medication. You should avoid drinking for 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after your surgery.

Driving: You should not drive after taking painkillers. Also, in general, many patients need 1 – 2 weeks to resume driving. Also, most patients can start driving within a week.
